At Wellbeing International Foundation, we champion the body's innate ability to heal itself through innovative, ethically grounded regenerative therapies. Our pioneering approach centres on cell-free therapy, making use of certain secretions produced by pro-regenerative cells extracted from the patient’s own blood.

Andrew McCombe, MD

Medical Director

Qualified from Edinburgh in 1985, Andrew was Consultant ENT Surgeon at Frimley Park for 20 years, later medical director at Mediclinic City Hospital, Dubai, and clinic director at a holistic polyclinic. He returned to the UK in 2025.

Stephen Ray, PhD

Senior Scientific Consultant

Stephen has 25+ years’ experience in cell therapy, held posts at Oxford Brookes and the Carrick Institute, and is a shareholder in Micregen. He chairs our Scientific Advisory Panel.

Max Lewinsohn

Chairman

Max, a former British junior tennis captain, became a public company chairman in his 20s. With 40 years’ board experience across sectors, he now chairs three international companies including Wellbeing.

Andrew Chancellor

Chief Executive Officer

Andrew built a career in banking and recruitment across Europe and Asia, then moved into bioscience with Stephen Ray. As CEO, he leads Wellbeing’s commercial strategy.
